Squeaky front suspsension when cold out

My 2003 F150 2wd is making an awful squeak when the front suspsension works in temperatures below about 50 degrees. There are some speed bumps and a big dip on the road to our house that I notice it on most.

Is this a common problem and is there a fix for it? I have the truck for sale and don't want this to be a problem.

front end squeek

I have a 2001 F150 supercrew with a horrible front end squeek also. The ball joints are a common problem with the ford trucks. I have heard of some peoples going out in less than 50K miles. I had a suspension guy look at them and he concurred that the squeeking problem is the bad ball joints.
