Question 2" Leveling blocks

Can anyone give me the dimensions on the front end suspension leveling blocks(preferably a CAD or shop drawing) I have a full machine shop with plenty of stock and would like to make my own instead of paying $100 + for them

I would need:

Outside and Inside Diameter
Depth....2" I'm asuming
Bolt pattern dimentions, both the chassis/upper and the strut/lower
both of these hole patterns are 3 hole type

Thanks for the help

Anyone have these dimensions? I was looking to make my own at 1.75" or 1.5". I think 2" makes the front sit too high and makes the back look like it is sagging.

I'm in the same situation. Did you ever get the dimensions?
