How's this setup sound....?

Hey guys, I finally got the correct spindles from Rough Country. Turns out, they sent me Ford Spindles with Dodge shafts? Is that possible? Anyway, I went ahead and ordered a 4in block from summit. Its a cast iron piece made by Fabtech. I have a question though....how much higher realistically is it going to sit in the back?? Its a 99F150 supercab XLT 4.2/auto truck with a HEAVY fiberglass cap on it. Right now the back is lower than the front almost....thats why I decided on the 4" block. Just wanted some opinions on the matter.

Also, Im planning on running 305-75-16's on the stock wheel....is that bad/good, or not possible? Im also going to re-gear the rear....any suggestions on gear ratio's/lockers??? Thanks in advance.....this sight really helps me out.

It's gonna sit 4 inches higher in the rear with a 4 inch block. The tire/wheel combo will work, but 305/70-16's (33x12.50) are a little wide for the OEM 16x7 wheels. I would go with a 285/75-16 (33x11.50) if you are gonna keep the stock wheels forever. The 305's will be fine if you plan to go to a wider aftermarket wheel in the near future.
As for gears, with a 4.2 and 33 inch tires, I'd go with 4.56 gears at least. Maybe 4.88's if you do any heavy towing/hauling.
