wandell help

hey man u seem to be the guy to ask. i have a 2000 f-150 with org shocks as far as ai can tell ... im looking to replace them. i have heard rancho is a lil stiff.. i use the truck as an everyday right around the city with ocasional off road when i go back home(college kid) im thinking of the senseatrac shocks since i work at sears and can get a deal.... i can also get the ranchos... im just wondering if the ranchos would be too much since i dont really load the truck down too much and dont go extreme offroad since it is my only vehical (33's bfg) with the 3.55ls rear and front (4x4) . what would u recommend? its is only like 10 bux differance each shock (4) but i do get 20% off so it would come out close. so what u think? thanks for any advice man. ur a pro at this!

I would think the Ranchos would be better. However, this is sort of a matter of personal opinion. Some people like a stiffer ride, some don't. I think either would be an improvement over the OEM shocks.

It depends on which Ranchos you are talking about really. But Im going to guess they are the RS5000s.

In that case, I would say get the sensatracs since you mostly drive on-road.
But I doubt you would notice a whole heckuva lot of difference between the two.
