I would agree. PA's instructions are very good.

So would if i have an f150 screw 4x2, would a 3 inch body lift put me at about the same level as a 4x4? just trying to get an idea what it will look like.
Also what is the best way to level my truck?

Yes, a 4x4 sits about 3 inches taller than a 4x2. I would install Daystar coil spring spacers to level the front also.

Just got the Performance Accessories 3 inch lift installed over the weekend. It is a pretty big job. Luckily my neighbor has some tools that made the job a lot easier. A Port a Band for cutting the front frame rails (done in 10 min) & a mig welder for the bed rail crush blocks. Even with all of that the total man hours was around 26 for two people. Again, we were cautious & read the directions several times before making any moves. The pictures in the manual are pretty good but are sometimes fuzzy when you are really looking for detail. The only problems I had with the kit itself was the gas vent hose they sent was a 1/2 inch, and my 2000 has a 3/8, and the cable ties were missing. Nothing a quick trip to Auto Zone won't fix, but it did slow us down. Two of the six bed bolts had to be drilled out and the brackets sawed off. The biggest problem was the drivers front core support was seized.(this is one of the two you have to remove the radiator to get to) These also are the two the instructions tell you to drill out. We were very lucky and were able to drill it out (note. start with small bits and work up to the 1/2 inch) I almost forgot, the manual shows the bolts for the rear seat on an extended cab being right out in the open. On mine the front three are, the rear brackets are held down by the seat belt bolts. So don't tear up that #50 torx socket cause you may need it for the seatbelt bolts. Over all the kit is a real good value. The key is patience & perseverence. Oh a 12 pack doesn't hurt either.
