Honestly, I would recommend just getting a racho 4" full suspension lift or go with a 6"....I have the 2" autospring but HIGHLY dislike a few occasional strange sounds i hear from the front when turning tight turns....Also the upper ball joint angles are bad, more wear and tear. As soon as i Have the cash I am going with a full lift.....Basically in my oppinion, the leveling kits are a band-aid and are just not a true solution to lifting the front of our trucks....

Don't mean to hijack or anything but if I put a 2" leveling kit and some bigger BFG A/Ts on my 99' 4.2L 2wd, will I need to mess with the gears?

Douggie45, you can buy 2 Auto Spring leveling kits for what one of the truxx cost. Check Auto Spring on E-Bay $89 and free shipping, your truxx add shows $227 for basically the same product. I guess it's your money...........
