Question Performance Accessories 3" Lift

I am considering this kit but I am concerned with bumper alignment. I have a 2000 Flareside w/ the bumpers that are colorstyled. Also as you know the rear bumper molds into the rear quarters. Does this kit come with brackets to realign the bumpers? This truck would look freakish if they didn't. Any feedback is appreciated.

I have read that 35's will fit with this lift also. Is this good info? I am staying with the stock rims but want to go as big as possible and still look good. I'm worried about the "ballooned" look.

When I installed my 3" bodylift I was already inclined to buy 35's. I installed 35x12.5R16.5LT BFG All Terrain's with minor trimming to the front valance and a little bit of loading the torsions. Those are mounted in 16.5 x 9.75 American Eagle 0589's with 4 3/4" of backspace.

Yeah, 35x12.50's will fit with a 3 inch body lift. If you use a 10 inch wide wheel (which looks best) you will have to trim the front bumper's lower plastic valance slightly.

Question What about the hitch and the front tow hooks and my custom exhaust

those dont move up either right because they are attach to the frame and not the body, so does that look stupid? just wondering what someone thinks that has the P.A. 3 inch lift.

the front tow hooks do drop about three inches if you cut the plastic it dont look bad or you can do what wandell did and put chevy tow hooks on it and it looks good, the exuast looks kinda droped down on mine but i have a singal 3" with a 4" tip exiting to the side after the P/S tire and it dont look bad i dont know how it would look with a daul exit out the rear thou

I installed a custom exhaust system recently on my truck and we did a relocation of the pipes at the time. They look great. Those pictures are not posted in my site yet, but will be.

But you will find shots of the hitch and the tow hooks with the body lift. It is not that bad. After sometime you will look at it like OEM.
