How much?

How much is it to get a normal 3 in body lift installed? is 4 wheel parts any good? any recomendations on brands and what not?

I've seen quotes from $100 to $700 for an installation. $300 to $500 is the usual range however. 4Wheel Parts is like everyone else. They are only as good as their people. Some stores are great, some are terrible. Also, get the Performance Accessories kit. It includes everything you need. You should also get a set of their Gap Guards to cover the gap in the wheelwells that the body lift creates.

There are three truck shops here in Hampton Roads. I asked for quotes from each. The quotes were $750, $850, and $950 for a 3" body lift, installed, with gap guards.

dang! lol that more than what i thought. i shold just save more and go with the 6 in suspension haha

that is way to mutch to pay for a body lift, i would try to find some mechanicly inclined freinds to help you do it yourself, that is way to mutch to pay

I agree. A body lift sort of loses it's "value advantage" if you have to pay someone hundreds of dollars to install it.

That's exactly why I did it myself. 4 Wheel Parts wanted $700. I've probably spent 50 hours total on the job. I paid myself $14 an hour. That works for me.
