Rear leafs help

Hello all,
New here, but I know the value of first hand knowledge, so help if you can. I just finished removing my rear leaf springs (94 F150 4x4), what a PITA!! The U-bolts were easy, as was the front spring bolts. Now the shackle bolt. that was a different story. Got the nuts off but could not drive the bolts out of either side. Ended up cutting them off. After the springs were off the truck I did manage to drive them out, and they appeared tapered. Is this the case? Also, I dont want to reuse the hangers because the bushings are shot. Can I easily obtain new hangers with the bushings installed? BTW, I'm replacing them because my driver side leaf broke and they both were generally tired anyway. I had 3 leaf, and am installing 4 leaf. Thanks for any help
