Alignment after new shocks installed?

Do I have to align my wheels after I have my shocks installed? I just had them aligned last week when I had my leveling kti installed...does it need to be done again when my Ranchos come in?

(If youre wondering why I didnt do it at once...its because my excited @ss couldnt wait...so I had my leveling kit installed right away. I know...Im an idiot...shouldve done it at once!!!)

You won't have to align your truck after new shocks.

I agree. No alignment is needed after replacing shocks. You only need an alignment after you replace struts.

Yup. Like they said, shocks have no affect on alignment.

An easy way to think of it is...I can remove the shocks and it will still drive normal, just bouncy. The only purpose of the shock is to stop spring oscillation. Therefore if the shocks are in, out or new or worn out it will not effect the alignment, but it will effect tire wear.
