Hello everyone.. im a noob looking to get an f150 for a daily driver/ tow vehicle for my desert toy/trail rig. Im coming from the world of rangers, so im not thaaat far off. Basically as lift kits are concerned in the ranger realm, RCD is the best for the newer 4X4 SLA rangers... although camburg is producing some pretty nice stuff for the sla's. Anyways, i'd rather just get a bolt on kit for my DD.

I plan on getting a 00-03 4x4 F150 with the 5.4.

Does RCD make anything for what im looking to get?

I know fabtech makes a kit, but on my 99 ranger i had a fabtech kit and was not impressed at all.


I've been looking at the f150 forums the past couple of weeks and this one seems to be the best..

yes rcd does make a 4.5"-5" kit, but on the f-150 97-03 the fabatech kit is the best in my opinion, very solid and i beat the crap out of mine and no problems yet
