Need help...

I walked out to my truck today and noticed that I have a bolt with a rubber piece hanging down on the front passenger side inside the tire. It looks like it is part of the sway bar that has poped. I will look at it more tonight when i get home. Has anyone else heard of something like this happening. Also can someone suggest a better set of sway bars for a 2k 4x4 expy front and year?

Ok guys it looks like the top screw of the endlink is missing or the bolt at teh top just snapped. Its going to run around $40 to get teh bolt, screw and the spacer for it at the ford dealership. two questions.
1. Is there another better endlink I can get aftermarket?
2. What would be the best way of fixing it, what do I have to loosen to be able to move the sway bar to fit the piece in.
