Rear suspension question 2004 Supercrew

I bought a 2004 2 wheel drive super crew. I noticed that it sits alot lower than the 4x4s, but just wondering if I can put the spacer in between the leaf spring and the rear end that comes with the 4x4 from the factory on my truck. Will it directly bolt on if I get longer u-bolts? Will it get me an extra 2 inches?

Yes, but you can probably buy a set of aftermarket 2 inch lift blocks and u-bolts for less money.

What are you going to do with the front?

Most lift kits do the front and back...if you only do the rear end, well, that would look kind of weird because your trucks rear end would be sky high and the nose would be pointing down.
