Sqeaking?

I have a '99 F150xlt supercab. Just yesterday, I heard a horrible squeak, sounds like in the front end. Happens when I hit a bump or turn the wheel. I dont seem to have any grease fittings to grease up, so I assume its something I have to replace. Any ideas? on where/what it is?

Sounds like one or more ball joint is shot. Get them checked out.
