New suspension

I am looking into getting a suspension lift for my 1999 f-150 4wd supercab, but not just any lift, I want something that can handle and wont break if i get airborn every once and awhile. I was looking into fabtech due to there really good quality lifts for 2wd & 4wd trucks and being based out around the cali dunes. But rockkrawler says they can get rid of the torsion bar set up and change my front end to a coilover set up which sounds alittle stronger. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. Heres the link to there site:http://rockkrawler.com/

The RockKrawler setup appears to be aquality design but I have never talked to anyone who owns one (here or at FTW). I have read a couple of magazine articles that gave them great reviews. The Fabtech lift is known to be a quality lift. Several people here and at FTW have Fabtech lifts and are very happy with them.
