I have been looking online for a leveling kit for my 2003 F-150 supercrew 4x4. I can't seem to find anything. All of the kits are for either the new bodystyle f-150 or a 2wd. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

all you can do is crank the torsion bars.If you cant get the front high enough you csn get some after market keys.

 

Search tortion bars and you will find out how to lift your front about 2". There are no level kits because your truck doesn't have front coils. Besides now you can do it for free.

Increasing the preload on the torsion bars is increasing preload. It doesn't matter if you use the OEM adjustment keys or aftermarket keys. Try cranking up the OEM adjustment keys first. If you want to go higher, then consider the aftermarket keys.
