I just put Monroe Reflex shocks on my truck yesterday and they made a world of difference. Ride is 1000 times better. Anything you want them to do, they do. They are just as good as Bilsteins and the Edelbrocks for $20 less. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Wandell is right on the money. If you want a really nice shock for a truck that spends most of its time on the road, Bilstein is the way to go. I'd rate the Edelbrocks a close second. The Reflex shock by Monroe is an "ok" shock, but it's pretty much valved the same for most applications whereas the Bilstein is valved for YOUR specific application. Call Bilstein and be prepared to tell them a good deal of info about your particular truck. They valve their shocks for your application. Great company with and awesome product.

Another vote for Reflex here. I can get them at the corner parts house, they are a thousand times better than the stock shocks and they have a lifetime warranty. I have them on both my trucks and have converted several friends and family members after they rode in my trucks.

Love my KYB Monomax shocks. No body roll at all.
