Want to Remove 2" Coil Lift and Install Drop Shackles....

Well, I've tried the 2" coil lift for the past few months. I like the height of the truck but can't afford the stabilizers and beefy shocks needed to dampen the steering. I will be going back to the stock coil in the front with the drop shackles in the rear. To avoid another alignment cost, is there a way to align myself with the OEM coils?

Thanks,

2" lift coils are off! The wife and children couldn't be happier. OEM is back on the truck. If anyone is interested, the 2" lift coils are for sale in classifieds.

I was thinking about getting the 2" lift coils....but now that you mention that I am thinking otherwise. I have a 04 4x2 XLT, new style, and I just ordeered the FX4 blocks for the rear and I have the autosprings 2" for the front. Well since this setup will still put me lower in the front 2" I wanted these coils. What else would I have to do to make it work? you mentioned new shocks? thanks

Bilsteins and Edelbrock shocks are the best. Get a dual steering stabilizer to dampen steering vibrations. Be prepared to spend $200 on this setup.
