Might be a stupid question, but have you changed the wheels? I had a problem with my mustang where I had a wheel that was out of round. Only created a vibration @65, over or under was fine. Could be possible.

have you tried aluminum wheels, if you already have them, maybe try lug-centric wheels instead of hub-centric wheels like the oem wheels.....
