What are these??

Hey guys I am wanting just a little bit of lift for my 4x4 expy. I saw these things but dont know exactly what they do? Anyone have a clue?

Those are torsion bar adjustment keys. They are indexed differently than your stock adjustment keys. This allows you to put more preload on your torsion bars than you can with the stock adjustment keys. When you increase the preload on the torsion bars, it raises the front end of the truck. When you decrease the preload on the torsion bars, it lowers the front of your truck. Personally, I would save my money and crank up the preload on your torsion bars with the stock adjustment keys and save the money. You can usually get 1 to 2 inches of lift by cranking up the stock adjustment keys. Here is a pic of the stock adjustment key and torsion bar. The adjustment key is covered in surface rust and the adjustment bolt is on the bottom of it.
