Question suggestions please

I have spent a long time pondering over what to do with the rear end of the truck. I do not like the sagging rear end. The truck sits low on the drivers side when the gas tank is full... and when hauling firewood or towing boats etc.

I would like to get new shocks, and beef the rear end up a bit.

helper springs? add a leaf? what do you suggest?

On my last F150 when it was getting
tired I had the local spring shop make
me a new set. I think they replaced only
the main leaf and reused the rest. If you
do an add-a-leaf and it sags to one side
it may still do that when you load it.
