Hey guys,

I purchased some rancho rsx from Samsoffroad, got them in and noticed the fronts wouldn't mount up. I failed to mention I was 2wd Anyway I wrote them and they agreed to send out a whole new set without having to wait for the old set to return. Talk about customer service. Anyway, with as many times as I've had terrrible customer service other places, I just wanted to give them credit for taking care of me. I thought I'd post it because this is the site where I heard of them.

Well, they're on my truck now. It certainly rides better on the highway. There a little stiffer when driving slowly but they perform much better than the stock ones that lasted 120,000.
