Front End Vibration

I have a 02' FX4 with approx 45k miles on it. I have a old woman run me off the road, and I had no choice but to swerve off the brim of the road, leading me into a ditch. On the way I managed to hit a medium size rock. I got out of the ditch, and noticed a vibration coming from the front end. I checked the tie rods, the cv joints, the torsion bar, basically everything I could see. I replaced the bearings as well, but as each day goes on the vibration gets worse, and it even tries to pull severely to the right at times. Any thoughts on the problem, anyone else have any vibration problems coming from the front end of their truck??

Any help would be appreciated!!

You might have a broken or bent ball joint. To check, lift the front end with both tires free floating. Attempt to move tire in and out by grasping tire at top and bottom.
