how and where to get 2" for 2wd

i got a 97 f150 xlt extcab and it's 2wd. i wanna the truck to sit higher than regular 2wd. where can i get a kit for it and how hard to put em on?

p/s; i'm keeping the stock wheels and tires setup and not for offroading/mudding used.

Daystar makes 2 inch coil spring spacers for your truck. That is your cheapest option. I beleive the Fabtec makes 2 inch lift coils as well as 3.5 inch lift spindles. All are available at most aftermarket shops like 4Wheel Parts.

In the front you can get lift coil springs. The Eibach spring kit will lift the front about 1 to 1.5 inches. In the rear get a leaf spring spacer from a 4wd F150. That gives about 2 inches.
BTW, I have the Eibach springs on Ebay, cheap.
