Angry Left turn noises

I've had my 1997 4X4 for about a year and when I make left turns even slight ones I get a rattling noise up front. It sounds like its on the right side I get the impression something is loose. I've had it on a rack and checked everything from the CV joints to replacing the front brakes. It drives smooth when I make the turns there is no steering wheel play.

Anyone have any suggestions...

Thanks,

this might sound silly but is the only thing i can think of. check the cotter pin and castle nut on the right axle shaft. they come from the factory with alittle rtv to hold them and keep them from rattling. sometimes they break free and will have a light rattle. if this is the case just remove cotter pin then the thin castle nut (not the actual spindle nut) and put some rtv on it then reinstall. and use a new cotter pin.
