Suggestions and info for newbie...please!

I have a 2003 extended cab F150 sport with the 17" wheel option. I am wanting to lower it to give it a more sporty look. I have considered a 2" rear shackle only to make it level, but afraid it wont be noticeable. I appears my next option would be a coil front/shackle and hanger rear kit like a 2/4 . Are these true bolt on and do they affect ride quality? What kit is the best? I hate to ruin the warranty on the truck as it only has 5000 miles, but really want the look. Anyone around the Indiana Kentucky and Ohio area that can recommend a shop or can one do these easily them selves? Any suggestions, info, or pics is greatly appreciated.

4" 6" Drop

I have a 4" 6" drop that I think looks awesome. I'm up in MI though so I can't help find a shop for you. Good luck!!!

i'm in columbus, ohio... i personally prefer lifted over lowered. i just installed a spindle lift, which would be the same for using a spindle to lower (it was fairly easy and i could help you out if you're close to columbus)...as far as lowering the back i guess you could use a block like some do for lifting and that's pretty easy to do to...
