Hey powerstroke what do i have to do to fit 33's on my 98' f150 ext. cab 4x4? Please respond

You could probably squeeze some on there with only cranking your torsion bars.

You could go with a rancho 4in lift, they fit just right with that lift.

You could also get a body lift. Depends on what you want to do.

If you have a 4WD, then you can fit 33" tires on the stock rims with no suspension changes.

Yeah, you can go with what APT said. I ran 285/75/16s on the stock wheels for almost a year. They measure out to about a 33/11.5. You can also fit 305/70/16s (33/12.5) with no lift as well. You'll want to get some aftermarket wheels since the stock ones are too narrow. Get something 8-10" wide. With 8" wide wheels you may need to crank your torsion bars up slightly and if you go with 10" wheels you'll probably need to crank the torsion bars and maybe do a little trimming, but if you do it right you won't even know its been done. If you look in my gallery over at fordtruckworld you can see what my truck looked like with 285s on stock wheels with no lift. Its somewhere in the gallery.
