I bought a 3" suspension lift, Trailmaster, through EBAY from a company called Truck Accessory Outlet. I put the lift on and found out the ride was terrible. It was stiff and had little shock absorbtion. The kit came with coil springs, shocks, upper control arms, and hardware. I called Trailmaster and they basically gave me the run-around. They told me I needed to put spindles on...cut the coils on the springs...etc, etc. They also told me they may have sent me the wrong parts and that I needed to take digital pictures and e-mail them to them. The company I purchased the suspension from told me the kit was simple to install and no additional parts were needed. Don't make the same mistake I did.
