That's who I was going to have do mine, and with the pro comp 4x2 lift.. but I've heard that pro comp may not be the best way to go.

She said Procomp may not be the best way to go so I wanted to know what she heard about performance/problems with the kit.

In my lowly opinion, after doing a bit of research on the subject, I actually heard that Pro Comp suspensions are very good, if not better than other big names, like Rancho. Pro Comp is actually the second biggest maker of aftermarket suspension products out there, after Rancho, it's not like they're little league or something. Just my 2 cents.

'97 F-150 4x4 SC SB 4.6L. Riding on 265/75R16 AT's. ProComp 3000 shocks, and Steering Stabilizer. Add-a-Leafs and rear block lift, torsion lift. Side Bars and pushbar with dual Fog/driving lights. WMS Intake, Gibson SS exhaust and Superchip!

Wish list: 4.10 Gears, Hedman Hedders, electric fan mod, 3" body lift, 35x12.5 MT's!!

I did a little research myself, and found that Bullseye makes the spindles for Fabtech and Pro-Comp. They are the same thing, pro-comps are just a hair cheaper. Pro-comp seems to be a reliable brand, and since they are fairly new to the game, they are having to sell cheaper parts to get their name out. I would capitolize on this.
