Hey, thanks alot guys for all the compliments.
This has been a project in the works and finally it all came together. As for power loss, there was very little. I had the truck regeared to 4.56 and with my Superchip and K&N fipk I can still peel plenty of rubber off those 39's. And when it comes down to 2wd the front tires will stick out alittle further due to the extended upper and lower control arms.

The lift I used was the Pro Comp long travel system but it was modified to get that extra inch or two to fit in the 39's. My 5.4 produces enough power to turn those Swampers and the sound those tires make is an amazing purring hum that can't be mistaken.

Question

Silver39

What method did you use to lift the rear, besides the 3" body lift?

Did you have to modified the drive shaft?

Great job. I hope you can enjoy it for a long time.

Nice Job! How's your steering? Do you still get a full range of turning, or do the tires rub? Next week my 4 inch lift is going in my '92 2wd, i already have the 35" super swampers mounted on 15x10 american racing rims. I hope mine turns out as good as yours!

I love your truck. What kind of lift did you use and how much did all of your exterior upgrades cost? I was wondering, what is the thing behind your cab, is it a roll bar?
