sway bars????
Um, ok I'll give it a shot, because no one has installed one, yet? 
Seriously, the F150's don't have them. The Expeditions do for obvious reasons. You can add one for a huge improvement. Search on the topic and you'll see a ton of information, both good and bad. Some applications have installations problems.
