Just got both of these installed (at the same time so i cant comment on individual improvements) but, all i can say is WOW! the shocks have definately helped smootin things out and keep that bouncy rear end in better contact with the ground. As for the sway bar, so far no complaints (during the install the brake line had to be moved, which was a pain, but i got it installed over the rear axel just fine) and man! now, when i corner, the tires break lose before the body wants to roll. SO much better! beautiful upgrade to any truck!

265/70 R17 Yokohama Geolandar A/T+, Borla Split-Rear Cat-Back Exhaust, K&N FIPK, Rancho RS9000s, Helwig Rear Anti-Sway Bar.

 

Those are both great products. Although others have questioned the above the axle mounting, it can easily be done. I also added the front bar and it made the biggest difference by far. When I got mine it had just come out and wasn't available in 4WD.
