Unhappy Harley 3/4 Drop Front Alignment Problem???

I had a Belltech 3/4 drop with Edelbrock shocks installed on my 2000 Harley F-150 yesterday. The Ford dealership says that even with new camber bolts they will not be able to return the alignment to factory specs. The right camber is negative .9, the left camber is negative 1.8. Has anyone else had this proble with the 3 inch coils? Please respond ASAP. Do I need to take the truck somewhere else?? Thanks

I do not have any exp. with drops but I had the same problem with a lift . I had to buy upper c-arms to solve the alignment problem. If your kit did not come with arms you might see if buying some could solve the problem.

I dont know if they changed anything from 1999 to the 2000 suspension but I had no problem what so ever getting my front end aligned after my 3/4 drop. My suggestion is to take it elsewhere besides the ford dealership and get a second opinion. Besided, you could probably get it done cheeper that way.

When you say that there where no problems with the alignment, do you mean it was close enough or back to factory specs? There saying that the left side is too far negative for the adjustable cambers to compensate for.(1.9 degrees). Did you see the spec sheet before and after the alignment?

I dont really know if there was any problems getting the alignment done, but the shop that did it seemed to get it done pretty quickly. Over all on the alignment after the drop my truck was supposedly off by 11'(they said 5' on drivers and 6' on passengers). I never even knew that there was a spec sheet for the before and after alignment.
