I just put a 3.5" spindle lift on my truck but I can seem to figure out if the cam bolts go on the upper or lower control arms. Can anyone please help!

Nacho,

The bolts go on the upper control arms. Remove the old hardware and install the bolts with a cam washer and lock washer on each end. Turning the head of each bolt manipulates the control arm in or out. Just center all four bolts and tighten them up. Of course, you'll need an alignment.
