Last month when I cranked up mine, I too noticed that the driver's side bolt was cranked up more that the pass. side. I was hit in the front pass. side corner in Feb. and had most of the front suspension replaced. Anyway, I gave each bolt 2 turns. It raised the front bumper 1". Both sides are even, no pulling to the right, I'm happy with it. If you have any problems you can always lower them to where they are now

Talking Torsion Bars and Alignment!

I have a quick question regarding the torsion bars. I was crawling around underneath my truck the other day and noticed that my left (Driver) side torsion bar is cranked up much more than right side (passsenger). WOuld this have been done at the factory? I have not adjusted them at all yet, but knocked my alignment way out of wack about 6 months ago and had Great American tire fix it. Is it possible that they would have done this adjustment. ALso, my truck tends to pull right and the Great AMerican tire says that my alignment is perfect (I had them recheck it twice now) Could this cause my truck to pull right? I want to crank up the bars for some additional lift but want to make sure everything is in order first. Thanks for any help!
