I think wheels have to have a maximum backspace of 4 5/8

 

chassais tech has a spindle and blocks much cheaper than fabtech does. is it difficult to install the lift, and do you need new shocks to go along with it. 4wpw told me that i would have to get new wheels, but a mechanic friend told me i would not have to. any help would be appreciated

 

crazedf1, in my opinion the spindle installation was pretty simple. i kept a haynes repair manual handy, which basically explained how to remove and reinstall everything. just make sure you have a ball joint puller, makes life a lot easier. also, you do not have to get new shocks.

i found them in truckin mag. and they are from chassis tech they are still fitting the f150 so they said in 3-4 weeks before they aome out and they should be 249-299 for the pair and then like 30-40 bucks for the blocks in the back. so its alot cheaper but still have to go get alignened. the ph# is
