Popping

Sometimes when I turn hard left there is a popping noise coming form under the truck. Sounds like fromt left. I have 98 F150 with 3.5 FabTech drop spindles. Any ideas?

i have a 03' f150 supercab that i just put a cst 6.5" lift on with 35" tires and i also get a popping noise when i turn hard. they use fabtec spindles on the cst lift.
