fabtech 3.5 lift spindles leaning ????

Talking fabtech 3.5 lift spindles leaning ????

i just picked up my truck today after having 3.5" front spindles and 2" rear blocks...im wondering if anyone has noticed that wheels/tires appear to lean in a little now...please let me know if this is not normal....strange thing is truck drives perfectly straight and ride quality is great too....thanks!

It could be the alignment, but I have also heard of this being the case if you don't buy thier caster adjustment case. Caster can be fixed by an alignment job but they will have to adjust your tie rod ends which is more than it's worth. I'd suggest asking the shop where you got it installed if they put on the fabtech caster alignment kit.

there was no alignment done....nowhere in the instructions for installing the spindles did it mention doing an alignment so i didnt think it ws going to be necessary....what will this caster alignment run me??? also, roland could you send me your email address so i can talk with you about that shop you mentioned....thanks!

bill reads custom auto out in oak hill....ive had them do alot of work on my firebird and now my truck....they are really very good people.....the reason they didnt do alignment is because they arent setup for it and like i said earlier,the fabtech instructions dont mention it at all.....if you are interested in talking with them email me and ill give you contact names/phone....thanks,

FYI Nothing like the lean you're talking about with my spindle lift...I'd get it checked...that's the camber setting isn't it?

well, im happy to say that i wasnt seeing things....i went yesterday and got my new tires and had an alignment done.... the caster was off but $55 later, shes sitting up straight once again!!!! thanks everyone for your replies!!!
