The spindles do not require new shocks, but the blocks in the back will...I did not put any blocks in the back, so I needed no new shocks at all.

I used the fabtech spindle lift, with the 2" blocks and required no shock change at all.

If you find yourself in a condition that requires longer shocks in the rear, you better check to see how much of your driveshaft is out of the transmission.

You don't need new shocks in the front and you don't necessarily need new shocks in the rear either. Shocks are often sold for a 2-4" lift so if you go more than 2", you might consider it, especially if you are going to be flexing them to the max (off-roading).

But for your setup, you should be fine.

Sounds like good news to me because i got new procomp es3000 shocks about a mounth ago and didnt want to have to replace the rear shocks again with the spindle lift. I think the shocks are slightly longer than stock because i got them after i got my coilspacers. If i get the spindle lift i will probably get 3inch block though because my truck is already level.

I also have a rear sway bar that cuts down on alot of wheel travel, so do you think i could still keep my current shocks.

CR1,

I was thinking of doing the same thing you did just the 3" spindles to level out the truck. Did they change how the truck rides. What is the install like is it just spindles or are other parts needed. Also if you dont mind what did you pay for everything.

InfiniteMhz,
The ride won't change any when you install the spindles. It will get better if you install new shocks.

The only parts are the spindles and the blocks and u-bolts in the rear.
