None of them are going to be cheap, around 500 - 600 without shocks. It costs more than the 2 or 3 inch drops for the front because you have to use lowered A-arms and springs instead of just springs. I would recomend western chassis. You can get it from www.sporttruckdirect.com. DJM and AIM/Chassis Tech also make them, but I would stay away from them for this kit.
