Question 2" lowering coil springs

I just had DJM 2" coil springs, and 4" hangers/shackles installed on my '99 Supercab V6 auto. The rear dropped exactly 4" but ther front only dropped an inch, leaving the vehicle 1 inch higher in the front. Do the coils take time to settle?
Appreciate any advice or help.

I just installed the DJM 2/4 kit on my 99 XL Sport and it was a little higher (about 1/2 of an inch) in the front than in the rear for about a week. I had it aligned right after I installed it, and after it settled down I had it aligned again. Also, make sure that the lower ends of the coils are in the pockets for them in the lower arm. If they are not, then you will not get a full 2" drop on the front.

Cool

Scarecrow,
Thanks for the info. I'll check the height in a week.
