Bilstein KYB Edelbrock IAS

Got an 02 DSG HD. Going to put in 2" shackles to lower the rear and I am looking to upgrade the shocks front & rear. Looking at the three of these shocks. Which one would give a great ride, handle but not be harsh?

I have the Monomax (KYB) shocks and I think there are great good ride and control.
