stowell,

I used the western chasis rear brackets and shackles for a 5" drop and HAD to use a 6 degree shim to keep the correct driveline/axle alignment....call Western and I think for 24 bucks or so they'll send you some.

Later...Bigmike

Cool

I used the western kit also. Baught from Sport Truck Direct out of Truckin' magazine. Mine came with 6 degree shims that I used. I also purchased my lowered shocks from and front end alignment kit from them. The shocks are Doesch Tech (? spelling) and they do a pretty good job. I have only bottomed out on some severe bumps at around 70 mph. I also lowered 5" in the rear with the new adjustable hangers that they have that allows you to lowere either 4 or 5.

Hope this helps...
