Try http://www.gorancho.com that is exactly what there web site says. Make your 4 X 2 look like a 4 X 4. I would think there kit is around $1000 + or - a few dollars.
I believe the shock are an extra.

There are a couple of ways you can go with this.
1)A-Arm Kit will give you 3-3.5 inches of lift in front. This kit requires the upper a-arms, springs, and shocks. With this kit you will also need to lift about an inch (via blocks or add-a-leaf) in the rear to maintain a level stance. These kits are available from http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com or http://www.camburg.com or http://www.truckn.com, I think rancho has one of these too. The total package will run around $1500
2)Spindles. Bullseye makes these and they give you 3" of lift in front by replacing the stock spindles. I think they run about $600. You'll also probably want to lift the rear with this option. Cost of that should be < $200.
3)Leveling Coils. These are available from http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com. They will lift the front 2-2.5 inches by only replacing the factory springs and shocks. I believe this kit runs about $400. No rear lift is necessary with this option since it will sit level. I personally have this kit, but I wish I had gone with option #1. With the leveling coils, you can't add spindles.
If you go with option #1, you can add option #2 later for 3 more inches of lift - and vice versa if you go with #2. Was that confusing? : )
Also, the stock tires look okay (in my opinion) with option #3, but with #1 or #2, you'll probably want to go with something like 285/75/16's.
Hope this helps.
