Belltech Nitro Active Shocks
About two months ago I was driving along and the ride quality of my truck went to hell. The truck has been lowered 3/4 with a Belltech kit. I pulled over to discover that
my l/r shock had come unbolted from the frame. Since I installed the kit my self and finsihed late at night I figured I had forgotten to tighten the nut completely. I reapired the threads and check the rest of the shocks. Last night the ride quality went to hell again but this time with a clunk noise. I pulled over to find the r/r shock rod broken of towards the top with the bushings and washers still attached to the frame. I have had no other problems with the kit, but this is starting to suck. Has anyone else had problems with these shocks. I am contacting Belltech tomorrow and hopefully they can help me out. Sorry about the long topic.

Contacted Belltech today. Talked to a guy named Eric. He was very nice and wanted to resolve the problem. I purchased the shocks from Summit Racing equipment, so he told me to call them and let them know I had talked to him and they would get me two new rear shocks. I had two options with Summit, send them back the old shocks and they would send me two new ones, or buy two shocks, send the old ones back and they would refund the money to me. They will pay for second day air and I think shipping charges to send the old ones back. So Belltech and Summit have been helpful so far.
