Question noise in rear end?

I just installed a set of Bullseye 3" spindels on my 99 F-150 4X2. I put the 3" rear block and u-bolt kit in the rear. Looks great!!! Although I now have a noise in the rear that is hard to describe!?! Every time I come to stop light or to a stop, when I then let off the brake and hit the gas I hear a clunk in the rear end. At first I thought it was the blocks that hadn't settled yet so I tightened them up( got only 1/4 turn if that) wasn't the problem. A friend said that it might be my OD not shifting properly because of the angle in the rear end due to the lift. Another thought was maybe my shocks, because I didn't change them out yet and they only have about 1 - 1 1/2 inches of travel left before they are fully extended. Any HELP would be greatly appreciated!!!
