Question shocks

I added a leaf to the rear suspension which lifted my truck 2 inches. Should I put longer shocks on to alow for the extra travel.

You shouldn't have to. If you went up over two inches you might consider it, but even then it may not be absolutely necessary(depending on how high you went).

Road Runner,
I just did the same thing and had the same question. My truck raised about 1" but already had 4 leaf rear springs. Most of the shocks I have seen are designed for either stock height or 3-4" lift, not much in between. I would think the stock shocks would be OK but it would certainly be nice to have a set of Edelbrock IAS shocks under the rear end!
