Question Any changes for my truck?

Okay, I'm tire dumb and suspension ignorant so please be gentle! I've had my '99 F-150 4X4 for about a year now and want to go with taller and fatter tires. My question is..can I install tires such as 33x 10.5 or 33 x12's without doing anything to my truck and how will it look? If we had a site to check this out it would be great, huh? This site is so helpful...I love it! Keep up the good work! Thanks. Oh, by the way, my truck is just a plain jane black work truck that I've got big plans for so, this is just a start!! I'll be BACKKKK!

HrdhDd,
I was in the same situation as you are. So I asked some Q's also and decided to crank my torsion bars up and got 3/4" and my truck drives the same. Next week I plan on getting some 285-70-16 on stock wheels to add a bit more height. I went the cheaper route but I'm happy with the results so far.
