Post Steering Wobble / Drift

I have noticed a slight wobble/drift in the steering wheel at slow speeds and light during braking. No pedal pulse or shaking when brakes applied as a warped rotor. Just wobbles slightly, not constant. Recently went from ORP to 35" tires but had problem prior. 35's only magnify the problem.
Also prior to lift steering wheel lock wasn't working and now rattle in column going over large bumps. MMMMMMM. Could there be a connection.
Also noticed from day 1 a bumping under break pedal or driver foot area when going over large bumps. It is getting more and more noticeable.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
JJ

JMJ i went to 16+10 rims with 285/75/16 tires my truck is doing the same thing you can feel something moving under the truck through the floor boards and gas pedal! check your steering u-joint were it mounts to the steering gear box? this has been the problem with a few others on this board? also check the steering gear box i thought that mine was the steering u-joint but i diconnected it to check it yesterday and the u-joint is not my problem mine is in the gear box! i had my dad move the wheel back and fourth and it makes a clunking noise the gear were the pittman arm bolts too coming out of the bottom center of the gear box has a side to side wobble! and is sloppy! a rebuilt steering box from ford here is $280.00 the steering shaft joint is $75.00? if you replace one of the two? or if you have a different problem than me? the best thing you can do is get you a steering stabilizer exspecialy running tires your size it takes a lot of the shock out of the suspension components GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!
