warranty void if lifted

warranty void if lifted
just came from sawgrass ford they told me my warranty will be void if i raise my 99 xlt
either body lift or suspension anybody else have this problem.

They can't void "all" of the warranty, only the parts that would be affected by the lift. If you engine throws a rod that can't blame that on a lift. On the other hand, if the ball joints go bad you may be out of luck for a warranty replacement.
Bottom line, tell the guy at the dealer to get a clue!
